Can Barack Obama legally be our president?

I have been watching Philip Berg's site. He has a lawsuit pending in The U.S. Supreme Court against BO and the Democratic party to force them show proof that BO is a natural-born United States citizen. He believes Bo was born in Kenya and is a citizen of Indonesia. He has a very compelling argument and so far BO has refused to respond to the lawsuit.
