Please help you could save lifes? 10points?

This is the 3rd person to post this, does everyone in your neighborhood have 10 cats apiece? You can't always see wild animals & they hunt at night so if your cats are out at night, there is a good chance that another animal is getting them. If the cat has a collar the shelter is required by law to contact the owner, same if the cat is micro chipped. Best thing to do since so many cats are disappearing, keep them indoors all the time, that way this can't happen.
