Need a brace for baby gate at bottom of stairs. Please read details before responding.?

a pressure mount gate might work- there are some that come with screws and stuff for one side but they don't necessarily need it. We use a couple for the same reason. Also we bought a baby "fence" and use it to block off areas that we don't want the baby in. They are free standing.
