Can anorexia nervosa cause this?

ongoing nausea. i've had ongoing nausea since september of last year. my psychiatrist thinks i have anorexia ok, i don't think i do. she says i fit well err almost perfect. except i have my periods... they are irregular and a whole lot lighter. anyway thanks for answering. i'm 5'2 and 64 pounds if that helps any
