Can I have too many "greens"?

It suppresses your appetite because of all the fiber in there, which digests super slow, also you feel good because there's loads of vitamins. You can have too much of a good thing. Your body needs a whole lot of different foods, even the bad ones every once in a while. Having a diet only consisting of one thing means your body is lacking something else.
