How do you record a show using Time Warner Cable?

I heard on commercials that you can record a show using Time warner cable using the cable box or the DVR. I want to record a show for 2morrow, but I dont know how to record. I have the new TWC and I have a Toshiba tv (Idk If that counts) and I if i press the record on, it wont record the show cause its for demand only. if u answer, just say you can record using the 7 on or whatever but please be specfic I dont know that much about the ons. oh AND PLZ HURRY HOUSE OF ANUBIS HAS NEW EPISODES ALL THIS WEEK AND I CANT WATCH THEM CAUSE IM BUSY, SO PLZ HURRY AND ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and only answer if you recorded somthing like this before, or if you work for TWC or whatever, and dont say to click startover cause I cant start it over cause I come home at 10:00 and the show starts at 7:00 and ends at 8:00 or somthing ANSWER ASAP! thnx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
