I cant stop itching! help?

Last night I could not stop itching. I do believe i overthink it and i make myself itch but it seems like last night got worse to the point where i didnt go to bed till 3...4 in the morning. I woke up and im okayyy a little itchy here and there but not as much. I tried everything to distract me from itching but it jsut did not work. Any suggestions. I do not want to deal with this today... Noo im not dirrrtyyy i take up to 3 showers a day. Maybe its cuz of shaving? Ionooo. HELPPP
