I have a friend who just came into his inheritance, and he wants to give it all away.?

His grandfather died and, did not give his dad a dime, so now he want to give it all away, so he can pss his dad off. I am talking millions. He ask me for advice. I know for a fact, that he's gotten all of his grandfather's wealth. He want to give it to people who really need it. Not charities, because he believes they only give a little to the needy and keep the rest for their salaries. He's lives a simple life, he's very outgoing, and he has many friends. So no He's not crazy.
