To those who have been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia...?

I am currently roughly 6 months pregnant with a big healthy boy so far.. i have had this constant headache that will not go away... ive taken plenty of tylenol extra strength, even tylenol pm.. i even went to the ER and was given 2 Percocets. Nothing will take this away.. my blood pressure is up.. its around 140/80 each time i check it. Preeclampsia does run in my family ( every pregnant woman has had it) however my doctor said my urine was fine when checked for protein.. could i still have preeclampsia and just not be producing a detectable amount of protein in my urine?
