Why does this POTUS lower himself to deal with small issues when the country has so many problems?

There's never been a president that would lower himself to get involved with a police issue in a little town like the "stupidly" acting police controversy, this woman with the white farmer, all these small issues that are not presidential level -- is it because black people are involved?
