Does deactivating your facebook account completely delete everything on your friends news feed?

So I messed up and mindlessly typed in a guy's name on what I thought was my search bar and it ended up being the darn whats on your mind bar. It updated it and I quickly deleted the status after a couple of seconds. Then, as the worry word I am; I deactivated my account. So, does my status history erase from my friend's walls. Does my whole entire profile just dissapear? I'm relieved that it didn't take me so long to realize that I had just done what I did. Especially this late in the hour, it's like odd. Haha.
