How to be more loose, funny...?? & not so serious!?

Im havin a real big problem. I need to be more not so uptight & more just loose & funny. Like I dont rele have a snese of humor & i rele try my best to be jokin around & stuff but it never works & theres ppl i tlk 2 that dont know me very good & i always seem so serious & dry around them. everytime im talkin 2 1 of them i catch myself boring them & me!! Ive tried about everything in the book I need help on how to loosin up & just joke around. I dont mean like tellin a huuuuge joke i mean just goofin off with ppl u dont know very god. They always say the best way 2 get ppl that dont know u 2 like u is 2 goof off & joke around so HOW do i become more like this? I have a hard time on knowin wat to say or wat to joke around about or anything. Like i know some ppl give weird nicknames & everything or just have funny words or sayings they say. So how can i learn to do that?? HELP PLEASE I need 2 stop being so serious & more joking around!! PLEEASE HELP!!!
