I have been feeding my rabbit wrong - what is the best way to make changes?

i would cut out the fresh food and just feed rabbit pellet only with the hay. when your rabbit gets hungry she will eat what you feed her. after her poop drys up than add back the fresh food a little at a time. diarrhea in a rabbit can kill the rabbit.but if your rabbit just started eating fresh gr that is probably what causing the diarrhea.
